With more than 30 years of professional experience, Jeffery Mazzaferri provides certified residential appraisal services throughout New Bern, the Crystal Coast, and Eastern North Carolina. As a Certified Residential Appraiser and FHA-approved appraiser, he delivers accurate, defensible valuations for homeowners, lenders, attorneys, estate professionals, and investors.
Jeffery's diverse professional background includes military service, technical training, skilled trades, and business ownership, all of which have shaped his commitment to precision, integrity, and exceptional client service. Since entering the appraisal profession in the 1990s, he has developed extensive expertise in residential valuation, earning a reputation for thorough analysis and dependable reporting.
His appraisal experience includes single-family homes, manufactured housing, multi-family properties, estate and probate assignments, relocation appraisals, investment properties, appraisal reviews, and complex residential valuations. Jeffery's deep understanding of local market conditions allows him to provide credible reports that clients can trust when making important financial, legal, and real estate decisions.
After returning to Eastern North Carolina, Jeffery and his wife Linda made New Bern their home. Today, he proudly serves clients throughout Craven, Carteret, Pamlico, Jones, and Onslow Counties, providing professional appraisal services backed by local market knowledge and decades of experience.
When he's not working, Jeffery enjoys scuba diving, exploring coastal North Carolina, and spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren.
